Work Schedule:
100%, day shift, M-F 8am-5pm. This position is onsite and you will at 705 S University Ave., Beaver Dam, WI.

Be part of a collaborative team at our rural clinic location, serving General Internal Medicine and Family Medicine at UW Health Beaver Dam within the Marshfield Medical Center. Your role will help ensure seamless patient care and support essential clinic operations in our growing community.

We are seeking an Office Assistant to:

  • Manage and maintain patient medical records, ensuring timely and accurate filing, retrieval, and secure handling of sensitive information.
  • Assist with patient referrals and obtaining outside patient medical records, contributing to smooth clinic operations.
  • Support daily administrative tasks, including scanning, faxing, and handling incoming calls for the medical records department.
  • Collaborate with clinic staff to improve workflow and patient care efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clinic visitors, answering inquiries and directing them appropriately.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
Work Experience
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative support role Preferred
