Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PC Deployment Technician to support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktop and laptop systems across the organization. This role involves imaging devices, managing tickets through ServiceNow, and ensuring a smooth setup experience for end-users.
Key Responsibilities: * Deploy, configure, and install desktop and laptop computers using standardized imaging tools (e.g., SCCM, MDT). * Perform hardware and software upgrades, troubleshooting, and peripheral setup. * Use ServiceNow to manage deployment tasks, update tickets, and communicate with end-users. * Ensure all systems are properly connected to the network and domain. * Maintain accurate inventory records of deployed and returned equipment. * Provide technical support during deployment and post-installation. * Wipe and prepare devices for redeployment or disposal following data security protocols. * Document procedures and update deployment logs regularly. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification preferred. * 1-2 years of experience in IT support or PC deployment. * Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and imaging tools (e.g., SCCM, MDT). * Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms. * Familiarity with Active Directory, network configurations, and remote desktop tools. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Excellent communication and customer service abilities. * Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed. Preferred Skills: * Experience with enterprise-level deployment and asset management tools. * Knowledge of ticketing systems and ITIL practices. * Basic understanding of cybersecurity and data protection protocols. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
