We are seeking a dynamic individual who will build a world-class technical service organization by leveraging best practices from within the organization and developing new methods to provide value to our customers. The Technical Service Manager - Adhesives position manages technical specialists that will support markets in Engineering Adhesives Americas. They provide technical direction, support strategic planning, allocate resources, and drive process improvement initiatives. Their leadership extends to mentoring, coaching, and talent development within teams. Additionally, they have increased involvement in strategy development, providing input on how technical initiatives align with broader organizational objectives. Primary Responsibilities

Fuller sponsorship of a work visa to work for H.B. Fuller. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $105,000 - $135,000.In addition to your salary, H.B.
