Are you a seasoned CNC expert ready to take the lead in a fast-paced, precision-driven machine shop? We're looking for a Lead Senior Machinist to join our client's team and take ownership of complex machining projects while mentoring others and setting the standard for quality, efficiency, and safety.

Schedule: 2:00pm - 12:00am, Monday - Thursday

Pay Rate: $24 - $29/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead daily machining operations while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance with EHS guidelines
  • Set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC Haas Mills and Fanuc control CNC Lathes
  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, sketches, and written instructions for component fabrication
  • Assist with cutter selection, tool setup, and optimizing techniques for maximum productivity
  • Adjust programs and machine settings to ensure first-article approval from Quality Control
  • Monitor and fine-tune cutting performance for maximum efficiency
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Process Control teams to maintain high-quality standards
  • Review material requirements and place requisitions to ensure seamless production flow
  • Mentor and support junior machinists, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing
  • Maintain a clean and organized shop floor and assist with machine maintenance and prep work as needed




Qualifications: Must have Lead CNC or Senior experience.
