We're seeking a CNC Lathe Machinist to work under the guidance of our client's Machine Shop Supervisor, operating advanced CNC equipment to create high-quality components for a variety of engineering applications.

Schedules Available:

1st shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Thursday | $21 - $24/hr.

2nd shift: 2:00pm - 12:00am, Monday - Thursday | $21 - $26/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and detailed instructions for precision fabrication
  • Set up and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC Haas Mills and Fanuc control CNC Lathes
  • Adjust programs at the machine and work closely with programmers to achieve first-article approvals
  • Monitor machining performance and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Production teams to uphold top-tier standards
  • Assist with tool selection, part setup, and technique optimization
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety and compliance rules




Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC machining or a related field
  • Proficiency with FANUC and/or Haas controls
  • Strong blueprint reading and documentation interpretation skills
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM programming and manufacturing software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • A proactive, flexible team player who can work independently and meet deadlines
