Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our plant and ensure that work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of site operations, and the ability to manage workers, schedules, and safety compliance efficiently.

What You'll Do



  • Lead, train and develop team members
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities within the plant
  • Utilize monthly schedules, time-sheets, packing slips and submit payroll to corporate by deadline.
  • Ensure timely scheduling of training and development for team members
  • Order and maintain the use of PPE and supplies, ensuring team members are adequately equipped
  • Understand and achieve all required targets for safety, customer satisfaction, financial and operating performance
  • Communicate with the customer to provide support, address service requests and inquiries
  • Abide by all health and safety policies, practices, and procedures
  • Conduct regular site meetings with team members, developing open communication
  • Conduct regular site inspections
  • Strong relationships with clients through consistent communication and updates
  • Resolve issues between employees and customer
  • Maintain records and logs of work performed and material and equipment used
  • Oversee equipment maintenance



What You'll Need



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is a plus
  • Proven experience as a site supervisor or foreman, preferably in [insert industry, e.g., construction, facilities, manufacturing]
  • Knowledge of relevant safety regulations (e.g., OSHA standards)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to read blueprints, technical documents, or job specifications
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with basic computer programs (email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
