Genesis10 is currently seeking a Sr. Employee Communications Manager with our client in their Mountain View, CA location. This is a 6 month + contract and hybrid position. This position requires 2+ days in the office and will include Tuesday and Wednesday. Pay rate range: $76.15 - $87.26 hourly

This exciting contract opportunity on our global Employee Communications team will accelerate foundational communications and programmatic storytelling for our Global Talent Organization (GTO). Through consistent communication operations, thoughtful messaging development for different audiences and initiatives, and communications consultation with leaders and experts across GTO, the Employee Communications Senior Manager will engage our employees and elevate participation in key employee moments throughout the year.

Responsibilities:


  • Support the client's company narrative on our unique culture & benefits to maintain client as a best place to place to work now and as we evolve our employees experience at the client.
  • Drive messaging that can be leveraged across different internal communications channels and programs.
  • Develop communications plans and lead global change communications workstreams in partnership with our cross-functional teams at the client.
  • Work with business partners on how to communicate a connected story on topics impacting the client work experience: our core policies which put our values and principles into tangible benefits, perks and programs; telling the story of our employee experience through Employee Voice Survey data; empowering our people managers through timely information; and more.
  • Demonstrate expertise in a number of channels for employee engagement, including live meetings, written communications, events, video, internal posts, SharePoint site updates and more.
  • Provide communications council to business partners on messaging, tone, measurement and channel.




Requirements:


  • 7 + years of employee communications or related experience
  • Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.




Preferred Qualifications:


  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create simple, clear and engaging communications for a variety of channels and audiences
  • Strong understanding of voice and tone, with the ability to ensure consistency across diverse messages
  • Strong change communications expertise
  • Experience partnering with HR teams or delivering HR communications
  • Executive presence and ability to lead through influence
  • Demonstrated ability working cross-functionally with multi-region teams and experience delivering employee change across multiple markets with cultural nuances
  • Ability to solve problems with creativity and navigate challenges with diplomacy
  • Quickly adapts to changes in strategy or direction
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing complexity and executing in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Sharepoint and other Microsoft tools
