We're looking for a Property / Facilities Manager to join our team! As a Property / Facilities Manager you'll oversee the maintenance of all buildings, grounds, utilities, electrical, mechanical and equipment. You will direct all services with maintenance, housekeeping and laundry as well as contractors. You will manage all campus capital improvement projects. What YOU'LL Do: * Responsible for hiring, training, coaching and developing the members of the facilities team. * Oversee and contract repairs and maintenance of buildings, equipment and grounds. * Monitor and evaluate the quality of work of members and contractors/vendors to ensure an environment which is healthy. secure and complies with regulatory requirements. * Assist in development of and monitoring the property maintenance budget. Approving and evaluating expenditures to stay within budget guidelines. * Maintain accurate files and records for contracted services, equipment, safety, buildings and supplies. SCHEDULE: Salaried, 40 hrs wk, OnCall to support maintenance needs for the facility.
