Description Position at Industrial Electric Commercial Parts and Service Location: San Diego, CA Overview Industrial Electrical is seeking a Billing and Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in San Diego. We are seeking team members with strong computer skills, an ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and follow-up skills are required in working with both customers and internal team members. This position reports to theGeneralManager. Responsibilities include: Daily invoice processing and billing of time and materials Maintainsbilling customer accounts to established company guidelines. Manages billing correspondence for all past due accounts Processing Bank deposits Administrative duties - filing, organizing, etc. Qualifications: Previous billing, general clerical, or administrative experience Knowledge of billing systems, or accounts payable and receivable a plus Strong communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills Previous experience in data entry - strong attention to detail a must Knowledge of Microsoft Office Must be at least 18 years of age. Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen required.
