PURPOSE:
The Global Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts across multiple regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capture them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account performance and progress.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in global account management or related field.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
The pay range for this role in Beaverton, OR is between $186,500 and $244,755. The pay range may differ in other locations. FormFactor maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
