Job Description:

JOB DUTIES

• Performs piano for all auditions, rehearsals and performances

• Assists Musical Director with warm-ups and vocal technique

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

• Cooperates and collaborates with other employees in the spirit of teamwork and collegiality and interacts with confidence, patience and integrity to provide professional leadership during emergencies.

• Complies with all Trinity University policies and guidelines.

• Performs other duties as required.

EDUCATION

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED.

EXPERIENCE

Required:

• Two years of experience as an accompanist.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Required:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including occasional evenings and weekends

• Ability to interact with faculty, staff and students in a professional manner

• Advanced musical instrument skills

• Advanced music theory knowledge

• Technical aspects of field of specialty

• Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions

• Ability to transpose and arrange music
