These comprehensive efforts are supported by over 50 faculty and staff employees located in between main campus and north campus in one of our four facilities off Kimball. Grain Science has recently merged the Food Science discipline into the department, increasing our student numbers significantly. Research awards approach $4M annually and research expenditures exceed $9M annually.
