About This Role
Student Success Coaches advise a consistent cohort of students in the College of Technology and Aviation academic programs throughout their collegiate careers from matriculation to graduation. The Student Success Coach position extends beyond the traditional academic advising philosophy and is designed for an integrated academic and student support experience. As part of the Division for Academic and Student Success, Coaches are integrally involved with many facets of a student's academic, personal and future professional success by providing academic, career and life coaching. In addition to advising and student advocacy, Student Success Coaches participate in curriculum training, student life activity support, campus engagement, and professional development. About Us Kansas State University's Aerospace and Technology Campus is located in Salina, Kansas - a town of approximately 50,000 in close proximity to two major highways, and 65 miles west of K-State's main campus in Manhattan. The Salina campus is centered around the student experience emphasizing innovative learning, real-world experiences and industry connections.
