Full-Time | Hourly | $19-$24/hr (based on experience and education)
Typical Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

As an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist - Cash Applications, you'll play a critical role on our Shared Services team-ensuring customer payments are applied accurately and efficiently while supporting our overall cash flow and customer experience.

On a Typical Day, You Will:

• Review and work with bank statements to apply cash in multiple ERP systems

• Troubleshoot files from BillTrust and resolve issues preventing automatic cash posting

• Contact customers to obtain missing remittance information

• Resolve unapplied payments and cash discrepancies

• Collaborate with Customer Service to address invoicing concerns

• Assist with cash reconciliation and audit requests

What You Bring to the Table:

• High School Diploma or GED required
  - Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, cash applications, or related role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office programs

• Ability to quickly learn new accounting systems

• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Professional communication skills - written and verbal

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy under pressure

• Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

This is a non-exempt role paying $19-$24/hour and can adjust along with the level of the role to match the person's relevant experience and/or education level.
