About Us
At Selective, we don't just insure uniquely, we employ uniqueness. Overview Serves as an Inside Underwriting back-up for open territories as needed whether due to short-term disabilities, vacations, or turnover. May also assist in seasonal workload demands that exceed capacity of existing staff. Principal responsibilities are for underwriting, quoting, and issuing renewal policies but may also include endorsement processing. Work with assigned agents to meet state-specific profitability and growth objectives with limited on-site visitation required. Qualifications Knowledge and Requirements * Demonstrate proficiency in usage of all supplied desktop tools, including the automated underwriting and email systems. Education and Experience * College degree preferred.
