Description: We are seeking a customer-focused and technically skilled Tier 1 Helpdesk Technician to provide first-level support for end-users in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT support, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: * Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows 10/11 operating systems, Office 365 applications, network printing, and Active Directory services. * Assist with device management and software deployment using SCCM, Entra ID, and Intune. * Troubleshoot basic networking issues including wireless connectivity, VPN access, and telecommunication systems. * Respond to helpdesk tickets, emails, and calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. * Document issues, resolutions, and escalate complex problems to Tier 2/3 support when necessary. * Maintain accurate records of support activities and contribute to knowledge base documentation. Qualifications: * Working knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, Entra, and Intune. * Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including wireless and telecom systems. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence, responsiveness, and reliability. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
