The Role

You will lead a North America Regional Enterprise expansion sales team comprised of winning sales directors and sales professionals who maintain a high-quality pipeline and successfully achieve sales and revenue targets. The team boosts sales order values and the lifetime value of enterprise customers primarily through cross-selling prioritized products and services and sales-driven upgrading of existing products through a consultative sales approach identifying and solutioning enterprise customers' strategic goals, and business problems.

Location
  • This position allows work from home in the Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, or Washington State.
  • Will requireat least 25-50% of time conducting sales activities outside of the office.
The Main Responsibilities

The Main Responsibilities:

* Leading a winning sales team comprised of multiple sales directors, each with their own team of individual contributors, and developing them to meet or exceed targets.
* Executing revenue growth and sales strategies through cross-selling and upgrading accounts.
* Managing sales funnel and deals, driving high-quality funnel additions and improving close rates.
* Promoting a digital-first environment and high adoption of digital capabilities across customers and sellers.
* Building, cultivating, and ensuring the success of the team- whether new team members or those who have been driving success for Lumen for many years.
* Providing a positive, rewarding, and inclusive work environment with a focus on caring for talent.
* Acting as a development-oriented leader and coach who can teach, transfer knowledge, and drive results through others.
* Driving a winning culture that supports high-energy interaction, responsiveness, attentiveness, and high integrity for an excellent customer experience.

Additionally, you will be Responsible for:

* Executing on goals and deliverables while leading an engaging and rewarding culture.
* Leading an accountable organization with accurate forecasting and a high-quality pipeline.
* Building effective internal relationships through cross-functional collaboration.
* Leveraging strategic client relationships and external presence to achieve Lumen's strategic imperatives.
* Acting as a mentor and coach, overseeing development, career advancement, and retention.
* Encouraging, inspiring, and leading the organization to accomplish goals through proactive communication and positive reinforcement.
* Leveraging external network to identify and recruit high-performing talent to the team.
* Building internal relationships with other leaders to provide win-win career opportunities to Lumen employees.
* Occasional travel based on customer request.

What We Look For in a Candidate

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
* 8+ years' experience developing and leading winning teams using an outcome-based sales methodology for enterprise technology services in a consultative, complex, and business-line sales process.
* 5+ years' experience leading other sales leaders and teams, driving attainment throughout the organization, directly and indirectly.
* Executive presence and credibility, with effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong business acumen with expert knowledge of Lumen's products, services, and solutions.

Preferred: MBA

Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$124,037 - $165,375 in these states: AZ ID MT ND NM SD UT WY
$130,242 - $173,649 in these states: CO NV OR
$136,437 - $181,913 in these states: CA WA
