Who We Seek
At RFK Community Alliance, we are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Program Supervisor to join our team. The Program Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations of a residence providing community based residential services to individuals with intellectual disabilities. This role is critical in managing the daily operations of the residence, ensuring the safety and well-being of the individuals, and providing leadership to direct care staff. We seek an individual who values diversity, equity, and inclusion and approaches their work with a commitment to creating a supportive and structured environment.
Program & Operations
- Oversee daily residence operations, scheduling, and compliance.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and homelike environment.
- Manage medication administration and medical appointments.
- Ensure accurate documentation, budgeting, and fund management.
Staff Supervision & Development
- Supervise and evaluate direct care staff.
- Ensure training compliance and lead staff development.
- Assist in hiring and onboarding new staff.
Client Support & Crisis Management
- Communicate with staff, families, and agencies.
- Respond to crises and ensure emergency preparedness.
- Ensure staff competency in behavior management.
Leadership & Professionalism
- Represent the program and agency.
- Participate in supervision, meetings, and professional development.
Who You Are
You have strong supervision, organization, and communication skills and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. You have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of human services residential experience.
Shift
40hr: Sun 8am-4pm, Mon 11am-7pm, Tues 11am-7pm, Wed 9am-5pm, Thurs 9am-5pm

$2,500 Sign-On Incentive!
This position is eligible for the RFK Community Alliance Sign-On Incentive in the amount of $2,500 in your first year of employment. You will receive $500 after 3 months; $500 after 6 months; $1,500 after 12 months.
