We're looking for a Workforce Coordinator to take the lead on the day-to-day coordination of our craft labor workforce. This role is all about accuracy, follow-through, and handling the unexpected-making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time to keep our projects moving.

Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate daily and weekly craft labor assignments in alignment with workforce planning needs.
  • Communicate clearly and frequently-via phone, text, and email-with job sites, craft workers, and internal teams.
  • Input and maintain labor requests, worker assignments, and certification records in workforce management systems.
  • Schedule and track pre-employment steps including drug testing, background checks, and orientations.
  • Handle tough conversations and unpolished personalities with professionalism and confidence.
  • Monitor compliance with licensing and certification requirements; flag issues proactively.
  • Assist with reporting, Excel-based trackers, and general administrative support as needed.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment while keeping tasks organized and accurate.


Preferred skills or industry knowledge:



  • Experience in dispatch, scheduling, workforce coordination, or a fast-paced administrative role is strongly preferred.
  • High comfort level with phone, email, text, and system-based communication.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.


Education: High school diploma required; associate's degree in business, administrative studies, or a related field preferred.

Location: This position and individual will be based out of Omaha, NE.

Travel: The amount of travel will vary according to business requirements (may be up to 10%).
