Where You'll Make a Difference

• Lead and manage complex projects across internal teams (Marketing, R&D, Creative, etc.)
• Identify market gaps and develop strategies to drive sustainable profitable sales and market share growth
• Build and execute account plans; maintain strong customer relationships
• Present insights and solutions to customers and internal stakeholders
• Ensure accurate sales forecasting and support operational planning
• Track project progress, analyze outcomes, and report results

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Chemistry, Biology, Arts, Fashion, or related area.
• 5-7+ years of experience in consumer goods industry (fragrance, cosmetics, flavors, or ingredients), specifically in body care, and in sales, marketing, product development, or technical roles.
• Customer centric with B2B experience in related industry
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage difficult projects and prioritize multiple tasks to make decisions quickly.
• Financial acumen in pricing, margin, forecasting, etc.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Olfactive knowledge and a genuine interest in fragrance development are highly preferred, supporting the ability to contribute meaningfully to product innovation and brand differentiation.
