$22.15/hour + $1.50 Shift Differential

About the Role

As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, performing accurate product changeovers, and completing essential documentation-all while supporting the smooth operation of our packaging lines.

Your responsibilities will include:



  • Following all safety, health, quality, Food Safety, GMP, and company policies and procedures.
  • Understanding and properly operating safety switches, interlocks, and safety devices.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area to meet safety and housekeeping standards.
  • Checking product and case codes frequently for accuracy and legibility.
  • Performing package changeovers accurately and efficiently.
  • Completing and filing all required quality and packaging documentation in a timely and orderly manner.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Forklift driving skills and the ability to pass the Forklift Operators License test.
  • Physical ability to walk or stand for long periods, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Willingness to work in temperatures ranging from 60-90F or more.
  • Flexibility to work overtime during peak production periods.
