The Opportunity...

We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and data-savvy Product Operations Manager to support our growing product team. You will serve as a key partner to the Product and Executive teams, driving both the operational rhythm and long-term strategic planning of the product organization. You'll help establish scalable systems and processes that increase team efficiency, improve visibility into product performance, and align product initiatives with company goals. You will partner closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to optimize processes, tools, and data systems that ensure the successful planning and execution of our product roadmap. This is a hybrid role that requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic thinking.

What You'll Do...



  • Build and scale core product operations processes such as intake management, End-of-Life (EOL) workflows, and release planning. Lead pilots, gather stakeholder feedback, and drive successful cross-team adoption.
  • Oversee the execution of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) by managing cross-functional pods-including Product, Engineering, UX, and GTM teams-to ensure seamless delivery from planning through launch.
  • Partner with product leadership to drive operational efficiency, coordinate strategic initiatives, and lead key programs or special projects that improve how teams plan, build, and deliver products.
  • Enable go-to-market success by supporting field teams and customer-facing functions through documentation, training, and operational readiness for product launches.
  • Create and deliver executive-facing materials such as strategic updates, dashboards, and business reviews, offering insights to guide high-level decision-making.
  • Continuously improve team operations and rituals (e.g., planning cadences, retrospectives, product reviews) to support a scalable, high-performing product organization.
  • Support cross-functional alignment and strategy execution by partnering closely with Product, Marketing, and GTM teams to ensure operational readiness and consistent delivery.
  • Lead and handle special projects regarding product diligence and due diligence for potential acquisitions or partnerships.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and evaluation of potential product investments and pivotal initiatives.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical abilities by interpreting sophisticated data, product usage trends, and competitive insights to drive informed product decisions.
  • Manage the monthly releases with co-ordination with Project Management, Engineering and Product management teams.



Who You Are...



  • Bachelor's degree in Business MBA preferred.
  • 4-5 years of experience in product strategy, product management, management consulting, or a related role within the software technology industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sophisticated data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior collaborators.
  • Proven record of optimally leading cross-functional teams and running multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of the software technology landscape, particularly in data protection and information management.
  • Ability to think strategically and implement methodically.
