About the role: As a Director, Sales Development, you will lead efforts in developing strategic orientation and related tools to enhance the WEC vision and Values both in the US and Globally. You will be also responsible for defining sales performance and Market data, identifying new opportunities, Manage OE planning with a 5-year outlook, oversee process management of D365 and Power BI and deliver monthly vital signs and offer review analytics. You will report to the Senior Director Commercial Effectiveness and be located at Cranberry Township, PA location. 100% Hybrid Role. Key Responsibilities:
