As a Security Professional - Government Patrol in Raleigh, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer in a government location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, assisting visitors, and responding to situations as they arise. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. You will also be expected to deliver exceptional customer service and communicate clearly, reflecting our values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity while supporting a secure environment for all occupants.

Pay Rate: $15.45 / Hour

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the government location and its perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required for positions that involve driving and must be issued in the state where the job is located.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• North Carolina Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles and 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
