Primary Responsibilities:



  • Develop and interpret reports for operational and clinically focused leaders
  • Develop data models and backend processes to support reporting needs
  • Collaborate with Data Integration and Data Management teams to source and develop data / ETL
  • Support and perform ongoing updates for production reports and processes
  • Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses
  • Other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 3+ years of data reporting/analysis experience
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL with the ability to create ad-hoc queries and production processes
  • 3+ years of experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, MicroStrategy or Tableau


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Comfortable with the development of reports from multiple data sets and organization of data for presentation to management
  • Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience with data analytics in a healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with medical utilization
  • Familiarity with CMS 5 Star, HEDIS, Risk Adjustment

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
