In the role of Senior Tax Accountant, we'll count on you to:

  • Work under direct supervision of Manager Tax, preparing the most complicated US and/or foreign indirect tax (sales/use/gross receipts tax/VAT/GST) and income tax returns
  • Review the returns prepared by Associate Accountant or Staff Accountant levels, as well as account reconciliations prepared by Staff Accountants
  • Perform tax research and prepare some of the calculations associated with the year-end income tax provision as needed
  • Directly supervise and mentor Associate and Staff Accountants as needed
  • Perform other duties as needed


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or closely related field
  • Prior experience with corporate taxation or accounting
  • Familiarity with tax laws and tax administration
  • Knowledge of and familiarity with ERP systems, e.g., Oracle
  • Mix of public accounting and industry experience
  • CPA or CPA candidate
  • Preference given to local candidates

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
