The Service Line Manager for Transplant will lead and oversee multiple transplant programs, each with unique clinical and operational characteristics. This role emphasizes programmatic oversight across the entire continuum of care, including inpatient and outpatient coordination and care delivery. The Manager will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient care, efficient program operations, and the professional development of team members. This position is integral to the overall success of UVA's transplant services, balancing clinical practice, program management, and team leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS Job may require standing for prolonged periods, frequently bending/stooping, reaching (overhead, extensive, and repetitive); Repetitive motion: (computer keyboard). Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 50 - 100lbs.
