Audio Visual Aide

Job Description

Sets up, disassembles, maintains and assists in the operation of audiovisual equipment. Prepares meeting areas for all meetings.

Job Responsibility

1. * Sets up and disassembles audiovisual equipment.
2. * Maintains audiovisual equipment and provides assistance with equipment operation.
3. * Prepares meeting areas (i.e conference rooms, etc.) for all meetings by setting up chairs, tables, etc., as required. Cleans-up meeting areas following meetings.
4. * Provides assistance to management, as needed.
5. Performs other duties, as required.

Job Qualification

1. High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
2. Prior related work experience, required.
3. Ability to operate audiovisual and recording equipment, required.
4. Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
