Role Name: Talent Acquisition Partner
Location: Columbia, SC 29223 Work Environment: Onsite Schedule: 40hrs/week. Contract length: 3 months assignment with possible conversion Job Summary: Duties/About the role: Responsible for effective and efficient recruitment activities to provide proactive sourcing and networking for professional, managerial, and operational positions within the organization. Takes a consultative approach, working closely with management to define the business needs and build both position requirements and ideal candidate profiles. The Talent Acquisition Partner is expected to fill open positions while remaining compliant with corporate policies and procedures and applicable government regulations and laws. Day to Day:
Job Requirements: Required Education: Bachelor's degree. OR, 4 years of human resources related work experience may be substituted for 4-year degree. Required Experience: 4+ years of Human Resources or consulting, to include experience working with and influencing management or customers. 2+ years of full lifecycle and sourcing (experience can be concurrent). Required Specialized Training: Experience with building recruiting plans using business needs and market intelligence. Experience using recruiting metrics and data. Networking experience with exposure to social media and sourcing techniques. Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Education or Training. Preferred Licenses and Certificates: PHR, SPHR, AIRS, CIR, CDR. |
