Supply Analyst, Member Experience

Dynata, the world's largest first party data company is seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual for the role of Engagement Analyst

As part of our Member Engagement team, the Engagement Analyst will be key player in continuing the development of our survey participation focused user experiences into communities that include additional user activities such as offer walls.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead analytical projects in partnership with business stakeholders and continually surface actionable insights in support of our member engagement initiatives. Data-driven, fact-driven and driving an analytical mindset across the team are key requirements for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead performance analysis across our member communities. Develop complete, contextual analysis in support of our member experience initiatives (including but not limited to optimizing survey production and offer wall conversions).

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs and targets. Monitor performance against targets and regularly surface insights that highlight trends and opportunities.

• Produce and present regular executive level performance reporting. Provide data-driven campaign suggestions supporting our member production and retention objectives.

• Provide forecasting, contribute to user flow optimization

• Establish expertise in business systems and platforms. Build reporting alerts that ensure system performance and stable member conversion funnels.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years in related work experience.

• Strong experience querying, analyzing and summarizing business data.

• Experience with SQL, Tableau or equivalent data and visualization software.

• Ambitious, with a growth mindset, and can lead projects with a high level of autonomy.

• Excellent communication (oral, written, presentation), organizational, and intrapersonal skills.

• Ability to analyze data and problem solve.

• Data driven strategy development; data modeling and analysis.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel.

• Effective presenter and communicator.

• Aptitude for analyzing data, interpreting results, reporting, and making recommendations.

• Solution Oriented/Accountable: Looks beyond simple solutions; doesn't stop at first answers; looks to resolve problems quickly; takes accountability for actions; must demonstrate strong attention to detail and be conscientious, reliable, and punctual.

• Collaborative: Promotes a spirit of cooperation with other members of the work group; always helpful to the rest of the team/others; amongst the first to volunteer to help others succeed

The base salary range for this position in is $80K-$125K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
