Responsibilities
Palmetto Lowcountry Behavioral Health serves the state of South Carolina with a broad range of psychiatric and substance abuse services. These services address the needs of individuals and families living with mental health and addiction disorders. Psychiatric programs and services for adolescents, adults and senior adults are offered in private inpatient and outpatient settings. JOB SUMMARY: The Human Resources Director is responsible for executing Human Resource activities for all functional areas, (e.g., recruitment, employee relations, compensation, compliance, etc.) and serves as a professional resource for facility management on all HR-related activities. This position serves as a strategic partner and key member of hospital leadership, and may serve as Administrator On-Call (AOC) as assigned, to include completing rounding an patient units and throughout the facility. Master's Degree preferred.
