Key Responsibilities: Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and support month-end and year-end close activities. Assist in internal and external audits by compiling necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with controls. Analyze financial data to identify variances, resolve discrepancies, and support decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and ensure accurate data flow. Develop a working knowledge of the ERP system and understand how financial operations align with manufacturing workflows. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the finance team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 1 year of accounting experience (internships or entry-level experience acceptable). Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and ability to interpret financial data. Exceptional accuracy in financial recordkeeping and reconciliations. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus). Strong organizational and communication skills.
