Senior Clinical Education Specialist

Summary:
A clinical training team is expanding and seeking a specialist with deep electrophysiology experience to support the rollout of new cardiac therapy technologies. This role is responsible for creating and delivering training content that enables field-based clinical and commercial teams to succeed in a highly technical, fast-evolving area.
Responsibilities:

• Lead hands-on and virtual training sessions for field teams on advanced cardiac rhythm solutions
• Collaborate across clinical, R&D, and commercial groups to design impactful educational content
• Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and revise materials based on evolving product use and team feedback
• Stay current on the latest tools and techniques used in arrhythmia mapping and interventional procedures

Must-Have Experience:

• 7+ years of clinical education and electrophysiology experience (with a bachelor's degree), or 5+ years with an advanced degree
• At least 3 years working directly with 3D mapping/navigation systems in EP procedures

Preferred Skills:

• Clinical certification in EP (e.g., RCIS, IBHRE)
• Knowledge of learning design tools and platforms (Articulate, Adobe, Camtasia, etc.)
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Experience developing curriculum in a regulated healthcare or life sciences setting
• Comfortable presenting to cross-functional teams and external clinicians
• Ability to assess clinical proficiency and build targeted learning programs
