Job description: As part of Providence's Marketing team, you will join an innovative group that operates at the intersection of consumer experience, marketing, business insights, and strategy. The Senior Manager will lead a team of Program Managers in developing and executing marketing initiatives from inception through launch and optimization. You will be responsible for coaching and developing the team to reliably produce quality outputs while balancing scope, schedule, and resources. This includes fostering a culture of continuous improvement and measuring key operational metrics to inform data-driven decisions. This role requires a motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and critical thinking skills. You will quickly solve problems to help Providence provide greater value to the communities we serve.
