take your data entry and communication skills to the next level? Staffmark is hiring a Call Center Representative in Temecula, CA. If you have six months of outbound calling experience and have flexible availability, we'd love to hear from you!

Shift Details



  • Must work 5 days between Monday - Saturday
  • 8-hour shift to be worked between 6 AM - 7 PM
  • Pay: $18 per hour
  • Training Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Temp-to-hire



While outbound calling experience is preferred, we will hire the best fit for this position. Skills needed to succeed include proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and Google Docs, the ability to manage multiple projects, excellent communication skills, and being a team player.

Call Center Representative Responsibilities:



  • Be knowledgeable of company products/services.
  • Assist callers with inquiries and appointment settings.
  • Update files.
  • Communicate using scripts with customers.
  • Record conversations in the database.
  • Remain professional and welcoming during calls.
  • Search through leads to identify potential clients.
