General Info

Job Type: Full-Time

Hours: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM - Monday through Friday (8/hr. shifts)

*Shift Differential: 4% (2nd shift) or 6% (3rd shift) differential pay only if the majority of hours worked fall within the shift differential window

Location: Four Seasons Environmental, Inc. - CDC Chamblee Campus, Georgia

Salary Range: $27.08/hr. plus an additional fringe benefit of $10.79/hr. ($8.04 H&W/$2.75 401(k))

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Perform a variety of tasks including clerical duties. Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person, answering and screening phone calls and transmitting messages.

Experience operating general office equipment to include coping, faxing, and filing; 2-way radio communication and dispatch experience a plus! General computer experience is required with specific experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and cloud-based environments such as Box, Dropbox, ShareFile, Office 365 to name a few.

Must be detailed oriented and a self-starter. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Exercise discretion at all times; limited judgment may be necessary.

Experience with purchasing systems, monitor and verify purchase orders.

Dispatch emergency and routine service calls. Identify emergency dispatch calls and notify appropriate personnel. Dispatch service calls and log the information in the Integrated Facilities Maintenance System (IFMS).

Relay service calls for subcontracted services to the appropriate contact/call center. Assist Roybal Campus with dispatch as needed.

Scan and log employees' training upon receipt. Prepare training agendas for weekly safety meetings, collect and log training completion certificates.

Monitor mileage, maintenance and trip information on government vehicles.

Check the AED machine daily to ensure proper operation, check contents quarterly and performs monthly test.

Maintain and update the building evacuation accountability list and provide information to the client as required.

Maintain ISO files according to ISO program requirements including archiving and disposal as necessary.

Other duties include: Customer Feedback Survey Report, receiving packages and maintaining sign-in books for all vendors. Support technicians and supervisors as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills



  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access); advanced skills in Excel.
  • Skilled in using JotForm for creating forms and surveys.
  • Experience with data entry, purchasing, and accounts payable systems and processes.
  • Experience using cloud-based platforms such as Box, Dropbox, ShareFile, Office 365.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive or confidential matters.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others; a true team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail; dependable and professional.
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • General computer and office operations experience required.


Requirements:



  • Employees may be subject to immunization and testing requirements pursuant to Client and current Company requirements.
  • Employees must meet the requirements of the federal credentialing process to access the facility, which includes but is not limited to, obtaining facility access (aka PIV card, smart card, access card, badge) and meeting ongoing training and access requirements.
