SUMMARY: Directs and oversees management and operations for Clinic Services to include all clinical sites, ancillary departments, Lab, Radiology, out-patient Surgery Centers, Occupational Medicine, CBU clinic, Urgent Cares, and Call Center with the purpose of planning, development, budgeting and implementation of policies, programs and practices in support of the Clinical Operations. Assures compliance with regulatory agencies, and policies and procedures for multiple sites.

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care management or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum five years of management experience in an ambulatory care or physician practice environment. Knowledge of State, Federal, regulations as it pertains to AAAHC or other recognized accrediting guidelines.

Will consided candidates in the process of completing a Bachelor's degree program within two (2) years of start date and confirmation of completion of studies required prior to start date.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS: Current California RN License required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Essential functions are those tasks, duties and responsibilities that comprise the means of accomplishing the job's purpose and objectives. 1. Plan and assist in coordinating and managing the development of present and future goal setting projects/programs. Analyze work processes and systems and make recommendations for improvements.

2. Provide strategic leadership to management to ensure management efficiencies and cost effectiveness in accordance with strategic goals and objectives, policies, and applicable regulatory agencies.

3. Responsible for the day-to-day Clinic Services operations by facilitating, implementing, and monitoring services to align with utilization and quality standards.

4. Consult with management to determine requirement, assess needs, and gather data to determine boundaries and priorities of operational related issues.

5. Prepare and monitor budget and report variances as requested. Review of payroll.

6. Prepare and deliver presentations to management, staff, or other departments within the organization.

7. Coordinate/direct or attend monthly meetings as assigned (SC comm., QRM, Directors Mtg. Staff meeting, and etc).

8. Compile, review and analyze reports (productivity, quality, etc). Recommend changes on based on report finding.

9. Responsible for performance metrics, developing and establishing goals and objectives for each department in Clinic Services.

10. Plans, directs staff, organizes, and evaluates service deliverables. Provide training and development of staff. Provide Leadership. Act as a liaison between physicians, staff, and customers. Engages in physicians and staff problem solving.

11. Act as a consultant to unit leaders in areas of employee relations, recruitment, hire, coach, and termination. Assist with preparation and review annual performance evaluations. Facilitate quarterly quality improvement programs and presentation specific to your area of expertise as assigned. Develop policies and procedures assigned. Implement policies and procedures to staff.

12. Continuously evaluates and seeks to improve standards and methods of Clinic Services in conjunction with approved RMCPS policies and procedures. Conducts studies and report findings, participation in assigned committees and/or projects.

13. Develops, evaluates, administers Clinic Services policies/procedures in accordance with regulatory agencies and RMCPS guidelines.

14. Responsible for ensuring all expired sample medications and patient supplies are discarded upon expiration date.

15. Works collaboratively with COO, Senior Physician Leaders, Department Chairs to identify and establish programs and practices which are cost effective and to ensure quality of care to RMCPS patients.
