Warehouse Associate

Staffmark is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced team in Monroe, OH. If you have cherry picker experience and are comfortable working at heights, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills with a company that values your contribution.

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Note: First day may begin at 7:00 AM; shift times may vary slightly by department.

What You'll Do:

• Operate cherry picker and forklift (on-site certification provided)
• Work at heights of up to 30 feet
• Perform general warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Use RF scanners to manage inventory
• Verify incoming shipments against packing slips
• Assist with putaway and other logistics operations

What We're Looking For:

• Cherry picker experience required
• Comfortable working at elevated heights
• Experience with RF scanners and receiving tasks is a plus
• Prior experience in shipping, packing, or general warehouse duties preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
