The Salesforce Global Paid Search team is looking for a strategic, results-oriented, and collaborative Sr. Manager of Paid Search Programs to drive innovation, and operational efficiencies across all Paid Search pillars. This individual will own the development of core programs that improve processes, performance and drive engagement with key partners across the organization. This individual can develop creative, non-traditional frameworks for success measurement when standard KPIs fall short, is a truth-seeker at its core and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They are known for driving alignment and building trust with others. This role requires deep subject matter expertise in Paid Search and the ability to operate autonomously while engaging across multiple stakeholder relationships. You'll be responsible for channel innovation and excellence, ensuring we maximize the value of Paid Search while staying aligned with Salesforce's business priorities and product strategies.
