As a Palletizer, you'll be an integral part of our packaging operations, responsible for stacking finished goods, wrapping and labeling pallets, and transferring packaging materials to production lines. Your role will help ensure a smooth and efficient packaging flow while upholding the highest standards of food safety and quality.

The Role

As a Palletizer, you'll be working closely with Packaging Team Leads, you'll ensure pallets are stacked, wrapped, and labeled correctly for storage or shipment. You'll also move materials from staging areas to production lines using motorized pallet jacks or carts. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety and food quality.

What You'll Do

Production Support:

* Load materials into packaging equipment and remove pans or finished goods from the line

* Perform visual quality checks and pack baked goods into boxes, trays, or containers

* Apply accurate labels, dates, and codes

Palletizing & Material Handling:

* Stack finished goods onto pallets following prescribed patterns-up to 96" in height

* Wrap, label, and secure pallets for shipping or storage

* Transport packaging materials (film, trays, boxes, etc.) from staging areas to production lines using pallet jacks

Food Safety & Compliance:

* Adhere to all food safety protocols (GMP, SQF, HACCP, STATE, FDA) - training provided

* Comply with OSHA regulations and site-specific safety practices.

Continuous Improvement:

* Participate in daily huddles, safety talks, and improvement initiatives

* Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, safety, and product quality

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

o Accurate and timely palletizing

o Adherence to safety and food safety protocols

o Reduction of line stoppages related to pallet or material flow

o Cleanliness and organization of assigned areas (5S audit performance)

What We're Looking For

* No experience required - training provided

* Previous food manufacturing or production experience is a plus

* Basic English communication skills preferred

* Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

* Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team

* Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform physical tasks for 8 - 10-hour shifts

Schedule Openings:

* Multiple shifts available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift)

* Weekend work may be required based on production needs
