KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Go AnyWhere to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a global team of subject matter experts for the Managed File Transfer platform, GoAnywhere, and an Application Vulnerability Response team responsible for patching Windows and Linux infrastructure to strengthen security posture
  • Maintain, support, and lead efforts to diagnose and resolve issues in both on-premises, as well as Azure Cloud instances of GoAnywhere
  • Develop and maintain process design documentation, end-user guides, and operating procedures for the Managed File Transfer platform; create workflows and automations within GoAnywhere to support data transformations and create reports on data transfer systems to meet compliance
  • Lead Disaster Recovery testing efforts to ensure business continuity; ensure compliance with System and Organization Controls (SOC) audits, User attestation, Key rotation, and all security requirements
  • Partner with architecture team on platform recommendations and perform testing in a Development environment (DEV) environment
  • Responsible for ensuring Service Level Agreement (SLAs) are met, as well as resolving critical and high-risk vulnerabilities across multiple teams
Qualifications:
  • Minimum eight years of recent experience with implementation, operations, optimization, and securing GoAnywhere or similar Managed File Transfer (MFT) technology
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
  • Experience with an IT Service Management ticketing system (ServiceNow preferred); proven experience in design and implement changes to GoAnywhere, knowledge of Windows Server, Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), PowerShell, and GoAnywhere automation
  • Background in managing global technical teams, with strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; capability of prioritizing tasks, delegating responsibilities, and fostering the development of high-performance teams in a customer service and team-work driven environment; demonstrated strong troubleshooting and organizational skills, along with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Solid understanding of Azure fundamentals, Cloud network concepts and firewalls; experience creating reports for leadership to illustrate progress on vulnerability remediation, and developing scripts to remediate common vulnerabilities
  • Ability to work normal business hours and after hours if required to provide 24/7 support for the GoAnywhere application
