Chartwells is seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Dining Services to lead operations across Cheboygan Area Schools (4 schools) and Inland Lakes Schools (2 schools)-a shared manager account serving a combined 2,800 students across 6 buildings. With a 50/50 time split between districts just 28 minutes apart, this role leads all aspects of a $1.4M revenue program, running breakfast and lunch services with a team of 14 frontline staff in Cheboygan (including 2 district employees) and 7 Chartwells associates in Inland Lakes, supported by a shared hourly admin. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong financial acumen, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to form lasting relationships with clients, staff, and the community.
