Inventory Control Clerk - Weekend Night

Utz Quality Foods is looking for a dedicated Inventory Control Clerk to join our Hanover Logistics Team on the Weekend Night Shift.

This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate warehouse inventory, supporting smooth operations, and maintaining high food safety standards. Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Perform daily cycle counts, assign SKU locations, and track product movement in our system

  
  
• 
  

  Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies between system records and physical counts

  
  
• 
  

  Assist with unloading trailers and verifying SKU accuracy, product quantity, and code dates

  
  
• 
  

  Sort damaged, expired, outlet, and good stock product as needed

  
  
• 
  

  Run Open RMA reports in D365 and share findings with warehouse leadership

  
  
• 
  

  Conduct weekly location audits (trailers, TRACK, and RAF areas)

  
  
• 
  

  Review and update damage reports and assist with inventory adjustments

  
  
• 
  

  Lead or participate in GMP and safety audits, supporting warehouse compliance

  
  
• 
  

  Follow GMP, HACCP, and food safety protocols at all times

  
  
• 
  

  Complete special assignments to support warehouse inventory goals

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or shipping & receiving preferred

  
  
• 
  

  Comfortable using computers and warehouse systems (Microsoft Office, WMS, or D365 a plus)

  
  
• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision

  
  
• 
  

  Clear communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

  
  
• 
  

  Willingness to work a weekend overnight schedule

  
  
• 
  

  Physical ability to lift, move, and organize inventory as needed
