Overview The Home Health Manager is responsible for leading, planning, organizing, staffing, directing, analyzing and evaluating the services of the Home Care department in order to provide effective home health services that meet practice and quality standards. The Home Health Manager is accountable for home care residents/patients through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation. This position also effectively interacts with clients, family members, responsible parties, and other health team members with maintaining standards of nursing. Responsibilities
Provides administrative, therapy and clinical leadership for home care staff to ensure the delivery of quality care that meets the resident's/patient's needs.
