The Construction Quality Metrics Developer and Analyst plays a pivotal role in this transformation by designing and maintaining data-driven quality monitoring systems that elevate our construction execution standards. By ensuring construction quality through robust data analysis and insight, this position enhances operational excellence and supports the long-term success of our global projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Worley's digital Construction Quality Metrics dashboard and reporting tools.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of construction quality data to identify performance trends, systemic issues, and areas for improvement aligned with project delivery goals.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external solution providers to create seamless, real-time data integration between field systems and quality reporting platforms.
- Generate actionable insights through clear, concise reports and visual dashboards that support timely and effective decision-making by project leadership and quality management.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational inefficiencies, facilitating root cause analysis, and recommending corrective actions based on empirical evidence.
- Champion a culture of quality within construction operations, advocating for proactive quality control and early detection of issues through data-centric practices.
- Maintain metrics tracking across key construction quality indicators, such as welding discontinuities, inspection rejection rates, RFI trends, nonconformances, surveillance findings, audit assessments, and turnover punch list performance.
- Ensure that quality data supports compliance, performance, and sustainability objectives across the project lifecycle from construction through to commissioning and closeout.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLSET
- Demonstrated expertise in Construction Quality Control and Quality Assurance, particularly within the energy, chemicals, or resources sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics, metrics reporting, and dashboard development using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms.
- Strong understanding of construction execution processes and quality indicators including weld inspection, field surveillance, audits, and turnover procedures.
- Experience with statistical analysis methods and the ability to interpret complex data sets to inform decision-making and process improvement.
- Skilled in working cross-functionally with IT teams, construction managers, and engineering disciplines to align technology with operational needs.
- Capable of translating technical findings into clear, meaningful reports that are accessible to stakeholders at all levels.
- Adept at fostering a collaborative environment that promotes quality performance, continuous improvement, and sustainable practices.
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and how quality data contributes to operational efficiency and sustainability goals.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with a commitment to safety, integrity, and innovation.
