*Description*
Key Responsibilities include: * Responds to telephone, mail or fax requests for new orders or changes in service; provides product, pricing, and delivery information; inputs customer orders/changes. * Inputs and maintains customer order information (e.g., purchase orders, sales orders, quotes, invoices, service orders, work orders, etc.); prints reports. * Performs system inquiries regarding sales order and shipping status; provides basic instruction to other HORIBA staff regarding dissemination of status information. * Generates appropriate sales order and shipping documents, corrects billing discrepancies; resolves incorrect term and condition issues with customers. *Skills* Customer service, sap billing, data entry *Top Skills Details* Customer service,sap billing,data entry *Additional Skills & Qualifications* 2 yrs data entry & customer service experience Knowledge of accounting and shipping procedures, if possible, SAP is a plus. Knowledge of EXCEL basis format Semiconductor experience is preferred Must have good job tenor * Basic Math skills required. Good PC skills - Excel and Word required. *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.81 - $20.00/hr.
