The *Customer Experience Specialist* is an entry-level customer service role in a call center environment. The specialist supports *Consumer Direct Lending.*
As the specialist, you will be the primary consumer contact to guide a consumer through the loan origination process after the licensed discussion with a loan officer. The Customer Experience Specialist will: * Operate in a Call Center environment as a customer success advocate * Answer high-volume, inbound calls or texts from current customers in a timely manner * Perform routine data entry and validation tasks * Handle routine calls, emails, and/or chat responses with Penny Mac employees, consumers, and/or authorized 3rd parties * Interact with multiple departments to expedite processing and/or issue resolution * Perform other related duties as required and assigned * Demonstrate behaviors that are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values *Skill & Qualifications* * Mortgage Contact Center experience in 1 recent year minimum. (Example 2023-2025). * Comfortable with high-volume calls. * Inbound & outbound call experience. * Must be close to the office (max. 20 mins with reliable transportation) *Work Set-up: *Onsite *Schedules: * Training is usually 2-3 weeks (In Office) 8:00am-5:00pm or 7:00am-4:30pm. With a one-hour lunch. Post Training Schedule is M-F 8:30-5:30 *Pay rate* is at 21-23$/hr *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
