We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Data Analyst to join our dynamic Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing data in support of executing marketing, sales and communications activities that support the firm's strategic goals, drive growth, and enhance its brand image. A key focus will be on powering automation and mining data to create solutions and resources for our clients.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
  • Data

    • Monitor and resolve misaligned data in CRM and marketing automation platforms

    • Assist in managing sales pipeline data

    • Combine data from multiple systems for special Marketing initiatives and purposes

    • Prepare data for CRM import

    • Help to maintain, test, compile and create reports/dashboards

  • Marketing Automation

    • Provide back-up support to our marketing automation lead

    • Assist with campaign execution and tracking

  • Marketing Technology Support

    • Liaise with MarTech and ETI personnel to support data-centered applications, including marketing automation and CRM applications

Basic Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of marketing data experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business administration, or a related field.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of accounting, tax, advisory, or other professional services is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required including using the vLookup function and pivot tables.

  • Experience with NetSuite or similar CRM system is required.

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform is required.

  • Ideal candidate: possesses critical thinking skills and a data/logic mindset; is diligent about details and a quick technology learner; and excels at both collaborating with a team and running a project/task autonomously.
