Dover Fueling Solutions is seeking a talented and energetic HR Manager, Talent to be based out of our Austin, TX office. Apart from driving learning-based initiatives this individual will be responsible for driving a data informed and ROI based approach to learning. This individual will enable the organization to adopt a performance consulting-based approach to any learning initiative so that we as an HR team are helping solve business problems. This individual will also ensure that the our HR teams are able to leverage the Global Dover Learning Best Practices across all functions of NA.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:
  • Create and manage the onboarding experience both for production and non-production employees - great employee experience as a first touchpoint.
  • Lead action planning on Engagement Survey across NAM - action planning based on commitments.
  • Drive strategies to enhance functional competencies, skill-based approach to career growth opportunities - identify gaps and build enablement strategies along with the HRBPs.
  • Provide thought leadership around talent processes and talent review processes. Build interventions to accelerate Leadership Quotient.
  • Drive learning for production-based employees through skill station management and enhancement - ensure higher adoption.
  • Drive learning and enable Internal Career Opportunities through adoption of My Career Platform.
  • Manage the learning platform, i.e. Growth Academy for driving great online and classroom-based learning across all regions. Manage content, delivery, data related to the platform.
  • Support initiatives related to the newsletter.
  • Provide insights from learning data. Manage the LMS and lead the analytics and insights that can influence learning and talent decisions.
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness and drive decision-making in terms of more support that can be provided to the business.
  • Build effective HR tools for various stages of Employee onboarding - hiring, promotion, coaching, GPD.

  • Understanding of content development with insights on Instructional Design.
  • Keen student of Performance Consulting.
  • Data driven approach to informing talent decisions.

Qualifications for the Role:
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Masters Degree and relevant work experience within the talent space highly preferred
  • At least 6 years of Human Resources Generalist experience with a focus on L&OD in a Technology driven work environment.
  • Affiliations with ASTD or ISPI, or other relevant credentials.
  • Ability to commute to the office 3-4 days.

Work Arrangement : Hybrid

This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
