Partner Support Specialist, Tunis

With VCS, you will be an integral part of our continued growth by collaborating with Account Managers in support of our largest partners in Europe.

A Partner Support Specialist is a polished professional who offers assistance and support to the sales team by responding to custom inquiries, billing-related needs, order fulfillment, sales-related database maintenance, preparation and timely delivery of partner-facing reports, and other projects in support of the customer's needs. This individual will be crucial in ensuring smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.

• Stay up-to-date with new products and SaaS feature launches.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
• Review pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
• Prepare and deliver customer-facing reports at the request of account managers.
• Proactively monitor accounts for potential billing-related questions/issues.
• Support customer outreach to ensure questions are answered, CRM is updated with pertinent information, and accounts remain on track for timely payments.
• Support projects allowing sellers to remain focused on tasks that support bookings growth.
• Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.

Minimum 2 years in an account manager role.

• 2 or more years of consultative selling.
• Strong communication skills and CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred).
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to navigate cross-team collaboration.
• Track record for delivering projects on time and without error.
• Great French and English language skills, any additional language (DE) is a plus
